We had Michael carry out two building jobs for us, the first was a small deck and some paving. This was completed in a timely manner within budget and was an excellent job. Michael also had the unenviable task of having to also restump part of the house which he found while doing the paving. The original job of stumping was a very poor quality job, however, Michael rectified that as part of the first job.
The second job was a much larger job, enclosing a deck and putting in bi-fold doors and sliding doors, as well as plastering a very difficult sloping area and adding weatherboards to the outside to match the house. This job was also done on time and within budget. Like the first job it as an excellent job. I would recommend Michael to anyone who is looking for renovating or building on to an existing house.
